Retention of Title

Title to all Goods supplied by Optieye Pty Ltd trading as Eyecraft to the Customer, will be retained by Optieye Pty Ltd until payment in full is made for such goods. All risk of loss of, or damage to the Goods, passes to the customer upon delivery of the Goods to the customer, in accordance with these terms.
