Warranty

We offer 12 month warranty against all manufacturer defects for all spectacle frames.

Note that damage to frames caused by general day to day wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee.

If you experience a product defect that has not resulted from your clients' own misuse, then we will happily provide repairs, spare parts or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer defects are flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process. In spectacle frames, this refers to defective hinges, welding points, and faulty surface coatings. Manufacturer defects DO NOT include damage arising from the product's misuse, accident, or your clients' general usage of the product.

Defects

The Customer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within seven (7) days of delivery, notify Eyecraft of any alleged defects, shortage in supply, damage to Goods in transit. For those Goods supplied defective, damaged or short supplied, Eyecraft will, at its cost, replace the Goods in question at no charge to the Customer.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted provided the goods are returned at the Customer's cost within 30 days of the delivery date, and the goods are returned in original condition, with all original packaging material in as new condition, as reasonably possible in the circumstances.

Eyecraft may, at its sole discretion, accept the return of goods for credit, but this may incur a re-stocking fee of 25% of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs.
